About Your Visit
Booking Communication
You will receive a booking confirmation email, an email asking you to complete your intake prior to your appointment, and a confirmation text message 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment for a full refund. You can call, text, or log into your account to reschedule your appointment.
Accepted Payment Types
Accepted payments include Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account).
Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late your appointment may be shortened to be able to end on time.
Office Directions
Take the outside stairs to the second level. Once inside, Body Kneads is located in the first office on the left. You'll see the sign on the door.
